How long is the program?

Shift Society is a 12-month program. Why 12 months? Because real, sustainable change doesn't happen in 6 or 8 weeks. We're not here to give you a quick fix that falls apart the second the program ends. We're building habits, mindset shifts, and a new relationship with food and training that actually sticks. That takes time.

What's included in the program?

You get personalized coaching with weekly check-ins, monthly 1:1 or group calls (depending on your package), direct access to your assigned coach inside our fitness app, custom training plans for gym or home, nutrition guidance that fits your life, group chats with other women in the program, monthly community calls, and a full library of resources on nutrition, habit-building, and mindset.

Do I need to track macros?

Not necessarily. We teach you how to make informed decisions about food without obsessing over every gram. Most clients love tracking because it gives them structure. Others prefer a more intuitive approach. We meet you where you are and adjust based on what works for YOUR life and YOUR goals.

What if I've tried "everything" and nothing has worked?

Then you're exactly who this program is for. Most of our clients have tried multiple programs, coaches, and approaches before finding Shift Society. The difference? We're not selling you another restrictive meal plan or punishing workout routine. We're teaching you how to build habits that fit your real life, address the mindset patterns keeping you stuck, and create lasting change instead of another temporary fix.

Do I have to work out 5-6 days a week?

Nope. We design your training plan based on YOUR schedule and YOUR goals. Some clients train 3-4 days a week and see incredible results. The key is consistency and progressive overload, not destroying yourself in the gym every day. Quality over quantity.

What if I travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule?

That's exactly why our approach works. We're not building a plan that only works when life is perfect. We're teaching you how to stay consistent even when life gets messy—busy work weeks, travel, social events, all of it. This is about building flexibility into your routine, not rigidity.

Can I still eat my favorite foods?

Absolutely. One of our core beliefs is that food is not "good" or "bad." You're not undisciplined for wanting dessert or pizza. We teach you how to enjoy the foods you love while still working toward your goals. Balance, not restriction.

What happens after 12 months?

By the end of 12 months, you'll have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to maintain your results on your own. Many clients choose to continue with ongoing support or transition to a maintenance plan, but the goal is for you to feel capable and confident moving forward—not dependent on a coach forever.
